These terms cover filmvibes.app and the FilmVibes beta app, alongside any applicable Apple terms. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and responsibly.

Your photographs stay yours

You retain your rights in your photos and videos. Using FilmVibes does not give us ownership of them. Only submit content or information you have permission to share. Do not use the service to violate another person’s privacy or rights.

Beta means a work in progress

FilmVibes is currently in testing. Features may change, availability may be limited, and beta software can contain errors. Back up important media. A beta request does not guarantee an invitation, continued access, or a release date.

The service and its limits

We may update or discontinue beta features. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-party services

Apple, Formspree, hosting providers, and other linked services have their own terms. Our privacy policy describes how information is handled.
